Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and rescheduling for our half-day tour. By booking this tour, you agree to these terms.

1. If YOU Need to Cancel or Reschedule (Customer Cancellations):

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time, or in the case of a no-show on the day of the tour, are not eligible for a refund.
  • Rescheduling:
    • You may reschedule your tour free of charge to another available date, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before your original tour start time.
    • Rescheduling is subject to availability on your desired new date.

2. How to Notify Us of a Cancellation or Reschedule Request:

  • Please include your booking name and the original tour date in your email.
  • The timeframes mentioned (e.g., 48 hours, 24 hours) are based on the scheduled start time of the tour and are calculated using calendar hours.

3. If WE Need to Cancel or Reschedule (Operator Cancellations):

Cultura Venture reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to certain circumstances. If we need to cancel your tour, you will be offered the choice of:

  • full refund, OR
  • Rescheduling to an alternative available date at no extra charge.

Reasons for operator cancellation may include:

  • Weather: This tour operates in light rain. However, Cultura Venture reserves the right to cancel tours due to severe or unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, gale-force winds, extreme heatwaves). This decision is at the sole discretion of the tour operator to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
  • Minimum Participants: This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to operate. If this minimum is not met for your scheduled date, we may need to cancel the tour.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Such as guide illness, significant mechanical issues with essential equipment, or other major unforeseen events beyond our control that would make the tour unsafe or unviable.

4. Late Arrivals:

  • We operate on a schedule to ensure the best experience for all guests and to coordinate with meal arrangements. The tour will depart promptly at the scheduled time.
  • We offer a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals.
  • If you arrive later than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time, you will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Participants joining late may miss introductory information or parts of the tour.

5. Our Commitment & Flexibility:

While this policy outlines our standard terms, Cultura Venture values its customers. We may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
